The Carriage House offers the very best in avian accommodations if you are in the market for a bungalow-style home. The sloping roof line of the Carriage House is truly a classic design that lends itself to an interesting nook or cranny in your landscaping. If you haven’t found just the right size and shape yet, the Carriage House just might be the answer.

• Built entirely of maintenance-free white PVC and beautifully wainscoted, this house is sure to attract a higher class of avian clientele.
• No riff-raff permitted!! Roofs colors are many and each opening is finished with a matching squirrel guard to protect the integrity of the 1.5” hole.
• Watch for Mr. and Ms. Bluebird to move into one of the 4 available apartments. You could also see wrens, titmice, and chickadees among others.
• To clean out, remove 2 roofs screws and lift off the roof. Dump out the old nest; reattach the roof and you are set for another nesting season.

Mount it on a true 4”x 4” post using the permanently attached mounting collar. The shape is unique and by choosing your special roof color, you can create an eye-catching spark of interest in your landscaping.

INSTALLATION

Paradise Birdhouses and Feeders include a 4-inch mounting collar designed to fit snugly over a genuine 4-inch x 4-inch post. Standard wooden 4-inch x 4-inch posts actually measure 3.5 inches x 3.5 inches and will not fit properly. However, a vinyl 4-inch x 4-inch post or a similar material that matches the true dimensions will fit perfectly. Putting a wood post inside of the vinyl post is optional.
