If you truly want to complete the perfect landscaping or garden project, the Chateau House could be just the solution. Consider that the Chateau House is a 2-story, gazebo-style house that will attract many, many songbirds to your property.

Overall Dimensions: 16 3/4″L x 16 3/4″W x 27 3/8″H (including finial)

• All openings are 1.5” so you could see Bluebirds, wrens, chickadees, and titmice set up housekeeping -among others.
• The Chateau House is built entirely of white PVC and we add the perfect wainscoting touches in order to produce the precise combination of beauty and function.
• Choose the roof color from one of the gorgeous selections from our color palette and we will complete the look by protecting each hole with a color-coordinated squirrel guard to ensure the integrity of the opening.

Mounting is made easy as there is a permanently attached mounting collar to receive a true 4”x4” post. Cleanout is just as simple; just remove the 2 roof screws; lift off the roof and empty out the old nest. Reattach the roof and you are ready for the next nesting season. The wait is over. INSTALLATION

Paradise Birdhouses and Feeders include a 4-inch mounting collar designed to fit snugly over a genuine 4-inch x 4-inch post. Standard wooden 4-inch x 4-inch posts actually measure 3.5 inches x 3.5 inches and will not fit properly. However, a vinyl 4-inch x 4-inch post or a similar material that matches the true dimensions will fit perfectly. Putting a wood post inside of the vinyl post is optional.
