- You will love the bungalow-style roof and the wainscoted walls. There are 2 nesting apartments inside sized for Bluebirds, wrens, titmice, and chickadees.
- Made entirely of PVC for years and years of maintenance-free birding. Built on a 10.5″ platform, it is almost 20” tall. The Jasmine House is a smaller version of the popular Carriage House.

- Cleanout is accomplished by removing the 2 roof screws to allow the roof to come off. Simply dump out the old nests and you are ready for another year’s nesting season.
- The roof has recently been upgraded and is now made entirely of PVC with metal accents covering the hip joints. Although Hammered copper and Verde remain our best sellers, there are a number of exciting new colors being added regularly.
Why not match the roof color to the trim on your house or shutters? Easy installation, as the permanent mounting collar receives a true 4”x4” post.

INSTALLATION
Paradise Birdhouses and Feeders include a 4-inch mounting collar designed to fit snugly over a genuine 4-inch x 4-inch post. Standard wooden 4-inch x 4-inch posts actually measure 3.5 inches x 3.5 inches and will not fit properly. However, a vinyl 4-inch x 4-inch post or a similar material that matches the true dimensions will fit perfectly. Putting a wood post inside of the vinyl post is optional.
Posts can be purchased at your local hardware store.

Returns
Stock is dynamic. It's not completely managed by us, since we are involved with multiple parties such as the factory and the storage. The actual inventory may change at any moment. Please understand it may happen that your order will be out of stock when the order is placed.
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If you haven't received your product within 30 days, we are not able to provide either a return or exchange.
For your item to be eligible for return the item must not be opened and in the condition you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.
