Lead time for production is around 2-4 weeks. Your playhouse will be delivered in 2-9 days depending on the distance from our site in Ohio to your home.

• 2 Separate entrances — one for adults measuring 34″ x 61″, and one for children measuring 20″ x 40″. This allows bigger people to enter without having to crouch down or risk damaging the playhouse’s structure.

• If you will be preparing a cement/concrete slab, it would have to be exactly the same size as the unit. If the concrete slab is larger then you would have to trim the 3” skirting that falls below the bottom plate that is designed to wrap around the flooring.

The above items can be easily purchased at your local hardware store.

(If you are using a slab as the floor then it needs to be the exact size of the building. If it’s used as a foundation, then you can have it in any size.)

STEP 1: Floor Purchase an optional floor kit from Little Cottage Co. or purchase supplies from your local home improvement store.	STEP 2: Walls Install the pre-made, alphabetized panels.	STEP 3: Trim Install the pre-fastened trim included in your playhouse kit.	STEP 4: Roof Next, install the pre-cut trusses and pre-cut sheeting that make up the roof.
STEP 5: Shingles Install drip edge and roof shingles (not included, available at the local hardware store).	STEP 6: Dressings Install shutters and flower boxes (included in the kit).
